During an engineering job on my last home by J&D Basements, one of the workers accidentally broke my main. Within minutes it would've filled my basement. They called Calhouns (a contractor I suspect KNOWS good contractors) and they came in minutes and took care of things. They told me how to contact the city and get them in on the job too, because I was practically hysterical.

Ever since, they're the first ones I call. We've had one minor job done since (connecting a gas line to an old stove) and they've always come within a day and gave fees upfront.

Plumbing's expensive, even minor jobs. But, these guys are competent, quick, professional and friendly.
